Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to Canada. We are unable to ship to the USA or internationally at this time.
Where are you located ?

DFI Imports online store operates from Vernon, British Columbia. Please note that we do not have a physical retail location.

All prices quoted on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
Where are Desert Fox products sold?

Our excellent products are available for purchase in 16 countries including Canada, several European countries, the USA, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, India and South Africa. Please note that DFI Imports ships only to Canadian addresses at this time.
How are your sales taxes calculated?

Sales taxes are calculated based on the shipping address that your order is delivered to: BC: 5% GST & 7% PST MB: 5% GST & 7% PST SK: 5% GST & 6% PST NB, NL, NS & PEI: 15% HST ON: 13% HST QC: 5% GST & 9.975% QST Rest of Canada: 5% GST
How long will my order take to get to me?

Delivery times will vary but you will see an estimated timeframe in your cart and your order confirmation email. If you're not certain please feel free to contact us for clarification.
